Madewell, Indeed.

I am SO totally into Alexa Chung’s new collection for Madewell! The looks are relaxed yet sophisticated, just enough cozy-warm winter sweater as lacy-silk-sheer blouse! Every design seems effortless; easy to wear, comfortable, and FUN. Pops of color here and there (yellow, red, soft pink, royal blue!), funky fresh floral prints, lovely lace dress and top, warm and snugly sweaters–perfect for warm fall days to cool fall nights, and hip accessories to doll up any outfit. In Alexa Chung tradition, the style is bohemian-chic; a true free spirit, her looks are intended to be layered, worn in any fashion that fits with your demeanor, but that speaks to the indie/preppy/hippy/dorky crowd. StonerChíc has a BIG-TIME style crush on Alexa Chung! I’ve posted some looks from both her collection as well as her personal style, to give you an idea of what to get EXCITED for!!!! xoxo

The DesignerAlexa Chung. Immediately falling in LOVE with her tribal necklace, basic black cami, and dramatic eye makeup.

Here you can see some of her LOOK and how it creeps into the Madewell Collection. Skirts, fitted bold jackets, booties, pops of royal blue, print blouses with relaxed t’s and layered jewelry, all of it amazing.

Wool knit sweater with corduroy shorts. The pale colors work for this Fall season, offering a refined and relaxed look perfect for pairing with bright accessories, statement jewelry, and excellent boots.

This look is to me the demure rock n roll girl! She has a soft, sweet air with that black and white checkered dress, while on the outside her edgy, bold dark side comes about. What a brilliant style combination, perfect for going out with the parents or with the boyfriend!

Sexy Lace, even sexier booties.
